PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Lisa Jacobs recently spoke on a panel at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) Annual Contracts Workshop Part II, “Navigating the Landmines.” The webcast was held on September 22.

The panel examined specific contract provisions, exploring the practical tensions between transactional objectives and litigation considerations and highlighting how each perspective approaches drafting, risk allocation and dispute avoidance.

Lisa represents businesses and institutions in domestic and international transactional matters. For more than four decades, Lisa has served as an advisor to both private and public companies in a wide variety of industries on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate and organizational finance, institutional and private equity financings, and entity formation and governance issues.
