Michael Tang represents public and private companies on business and corporate transactional matters. His practice includes securitization, structured finance, and general corporate work.
Prior to joining Stradley, Michael was a corporate tax associate at an international Big Four accounting firm in Philadelphia, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
Michael earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as Research Editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal. During law school, he was a summer law clerk to the Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office. Michael received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Lehigh University.
