PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon is delighted to announce that Sarah Hirebet, director of knowledge management, has been honored with the Innovative Leader of the Year award by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
At Stradley Ronon, Sarah has led transformational changes in how the firm leverages collaborative technology, spearheading the reinvention of the firm’s intranet to elevate the ease of internal collaboration, including leading ongoing efforts to embed agentic AI into legal and operational workflows. Sarah’s leadership also includes founding Stradley Labs, an intensive, hands-on training program designed to serve as an industry model emphasizing experiential learning to ensure practical application and ethical use of Gen AI technologies.
The award was announced April 29 at ILTA's annual Evolve conference and Distinguished Peer Awards ceremony.
