Alexa Tzarnas

A member of the firm’s nationally recognized investment management practice, Alexa Tzarnas focuses her practice on representing investment companies and investment advisers. She frequently advises clients on all legal aspects of regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.
At Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Alexa served as an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review. She also co-founded the Chiefs in Intellectual Property (ChIPs Network) at Drexel Law and won the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in Advanced Constitutional Law and First Amendment. Alexa played Division I squash at George Washington University.
