Alexandra (Allie) Rice focuses her practice on secured and unsecured financing, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based and real estate loans for commercial banks, investment funds, and public and private companies. Allie also has experience with venture debt financing, focusing on lender-side commercial financing transactions for borrowers in the biotech, medical healthcare, life sciences and technology industries.
During law school, Allie was the managing editor of operations of the Villanova Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge David Strawbridge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Represented an investment management company, as borrower, in a syndicated revolving credit facility with an aggregate commitment of $200 million.
