A former prosecutor for more than a decade, Beth Hurley focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and class actions, representing individuals and companies in state and federal courts and in arbitration across a broad range of disputes, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, and shareholder disputes.
Beth’s practice involves protecting clients' competitive interests, enforcing non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, and litigating trade secret claims. She also handles whistleblower, civil rights, and wage and hour cases. Beth takes matters through every stage of litigation, from discovery and dispositive motions to bench and jury trials.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Beth was at a boutique business law firm based in Philadelphia. Previously, she was an assistant district attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and in Brooklyn, New York, where she prosecuted cases involving economic crimes, enterprise corruption, organized crime, environmental offenses, and police corruption.
