Carle Gould supports the resolution of complex, high-stakes state and federal court commercial litigation claims.
From initial filings to drafting legal memoranda to assisting with discovery processes and preparing for trial, Carle helps resolve single- and multi-plaintiff disputes, multidistrict litigation (MDL) and class actions. She has conducted legal research and due diligence; drafted memoranda on complex issues related to corporate law, securities regulation and civil litigation; and assisted in the preparation of motions, pleadings and discovery documents.
Carle was a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class. She previously served as a legal extern for Jefferson Health at Thomas Jefferson University and as a legal assistant for a Washington, D.C.-based law firm.
At Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Carle was editor-in-chief of Drexel Law Review Vol. XVII, the same volume in which her student note, “It’s the Method, Not the Madness: Suicide Prevention Through ‘Means Safety’ Implementation for Firearms in the United States,” was published.
