Christine Rosenblatt focuses her practice on transactional tax matters.
Christine advises clients on a wide array of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, restructurings, and fund-related transactions.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Christine was a tax associate at an Am Law 10 firm. She previously interned at a Big Four accounting firm, where she focused on state and local tax matters.
