Community Impact

Stradley Ronon is committed to making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate — and to creating a culture of contribution that gives back for generations to come.

Through philanthropic and volunteer efforts, we support nonprofit organizations, governmental entities and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in helping them fulfill their charitable missions. Our firm regularly contributes to, and many of our lawyers serve on the boards of, organizations in areas including education, healthcare, the arts, legal nonprofit and charitable causes.

In the Community

  • Our summer associates volunteered in the Served with Love program, offering support to guest families by providing hot meals at the Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia.

  • The 2025 Philadelphia Fund Alliance gala raised $90,000 in support of the Eagles Autism Foundation.

  • We supported the Philadelphia-based nonprofit MANNA through its annual Pie in the Sky fundraiser, raising over $9,000 in 2025 through purchases and donations.

Community Development

Stradley Ronon serves on the steering committee of the Philadelphia Fund Alliance, a group of asset management industry professionals founded to benefit charities in the Greater Philadelphia area, including those benefiting public space revitalization projects, crime deterrence, education and healthcare. Through its annual gala spearheaded by the firm as a co-founder, PFA — which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025 — has raised approximately $900,000 thanks to the many dedicated industry participants. Other organizations we support are the Anti-Defamation League, Center for Anti-Violence Education and the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
Arts and Education

Arts and Education

Stradley Ronon was named Law Firm of the Year by Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA) for our lawyers’ efforts in helping further the nonprofit’s mission to provide free legal services, knowledge and resources to artists and arts organizations. We were also recognized by Settlement Music School, one of the oldest and largest community schools of the arts in the United States, for our dedicated support of the school and its mission to provide inclusive, high-quality arts education. Other organizations we support are the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities, Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS), Chicago Symphony Orchestra, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and NJ LEEP.
Food and Wellness

Food and Wellness

We participate in Philadelphia-based MANNA’s annual Pie in the Sky fundraiser, which supports the nonprofit in its preparation and delivery of Thanksgiving dinners and provision of year-round services for individuals with acute nutritional risk from life-threatening illnesses. Our firm also has donated food items to Nourishing Hope, one of the largest hunger relief organizations in Chicago. Other organizations we support are Abramson Senior Care (formerly Center for Jewish Life), American Association for Cancer Research, American Heart Association, Greater Philadelphia YMCA, March of Dimes, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, National Jewish Health and Redeemer Health.
Children and Families

Children and Families

Our Washington, D.C., office donates gifts for children as part of The Salvation Army’s yearly Angel Tree Program. We have donated gifts to families in need as part of Long Beach, California-based The Guidance Center’s Adopt-a-Family initiative, PathWays PA Adopt-a-Family program, and the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County. Other organizations we support are the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Police Athletic League of Philadelphia and UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation.
