Stradley Ronon Counsel Michelle Badolato Confirmed as a Superior Court Judge in New Jersey

PHILADELPHIA — The New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee, followed by a full Senate vote, confirmed Stradley Ronon counsel Michelle Badolato as a judge for the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden County on Monday, June 30. Michelle has been with Stradley Ronon for more than a decade as a valued member of our consumer financial services litigation team.

A litigator well-versed in consumer finance litigation, Michelle has more than two decades of experience resolving disputes relating to financial products and services. She has experience litigating nearly every type of consumer financial matter, and handles claims under a wide array of federal consumer protection laws. Actively involved in the South Jersey legal community, Michelle is a former president of the Camden County Bar Association, where she played a key role in running the association and its charitable arm from 2001 to 2023.
The New Jersey Senate approved 17 new judges for the state trial court, including partners from firms around the state as well as in-house attorneys for Rutgers and the state Legislature.
