Stradley Ronon Partner David Roeber Presents at MFDF Audit Committee Chair’s Guide Series

PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner David Roeber recently joined the third webinar in the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF)’s The Audit Committee Chair’s Guide program series. The September 3 program, “The Audit Committee Chair’s Guide to Balancing Duties and Emerging Issues,” explored practices in balancing duties, skill sets and emerging issues governed by audit committees.
The MFDF is an independent association for independent directors of mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds and other registered investment companies. Dave was also a presenter at previous events in this series.
Dave helps the independent trustees/directors of investment companies fulfill their complex fund governance duties and responsibilities. He also counsels investment companies and investment advisers on a variety of regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. Dave has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on matters arising under the federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
