Stradley Ronon partner Jesse Kanach, co-chair of the private investment funds practice, is set to participate on a panel on July 29 during the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s Investment Management 2025: Current Issues & Trends program, hosted live and in-person in New York.

Jesse’s panel discussion, “Emerging Developments in Digital Assets, Crypto and Tokenization,” will provide attendees with valuable insights into the administration’s potential reforms to digital asset regulation, recent initiatives by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s Crypto Task Force, key considerations for the custody of digital assets by regulated funds and private entities, potential regulatory enhancements, and a deeper understanding of fund share tokenization.
