Stradley Ronon Partner Jesse Kanach Joins NASAA Panel on Digital Asset Landscape

WASHINGTON — Stradley Ronon partner Jesse Kanach, co‑chair of the firm’s private investment funds practice, spoke at the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) 2025 Fall Annual Meeting, hosted September 7–9 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The NASAA represents state and provincial securities regulators in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In his session, “Current Trends in Digital Assets: Regulation, Enforcement, and the Road Ahead,” Jesse took a deep dive into the latest regulatory shifts and technological trends shaping the future of the digital assets space. From cutting-edge developments in legislative and regulatory frameworks to real-world use cases, the panel offered practical insights to stay ahead in the fast-evolving digital asset landscape.
