Stradley Ronon Partner Jesse Kanach Presents on Emerging Trends in Digital Assets at PLI Program

WASHINGTON — Stradley Ronon partner Jesse Kanach, co‑chair of the firm’s private investment funds practice, spoke on a panel during the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s two-day event, “Investment Management 2025: Current Issues & Trends,” hosted in person on July 29-30 in New York and also available virtually.
Jesse joined industry leaders for a July 29 session titled, “Emerging Developments in Digital Assets, Crypto and Tokenization,” which addressed trending issues in the digital space such as potential legislative reforms to digital asset regulation; recent initiatives led by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Crypto Task Force; key considerations for custody of digital assets by regulated funds and private funds and potential regulatory enhancements; and tokenization of fund shares.
Jesse provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of the asset management industry.
