Stradley Ronon partner Jan M. Folena, co-chair, securities & regulatory enforcement, is set to participate on a panel on April 15 during the 2026 FIA Law & Compliance Conference in Washington D.C. 

Jan’s panel discussion, "Regulation by Enforcement is Over - Now What?" will explore how the CFTC and SEC have pivoted away from registration and other so-called technical violations, especially in digital assets. The agencies have also overhauled their enforcement guidelines and practices in the name of fairness and transparency.
