Partner Sara Crovitz, co-chair of the firm’s investment management practice, is set to speak at the American Law Institute (ALI)’s Life Insurance Company Products Conference alongside Paul Cellupica, general counsel of the Investment Company Institute, and Brian Johnson, assistant director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)’s Division of Investment Management.

A former deputy chief counsel and associate director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, Sara will provide insights for the session, “Funds and Advisers: Key SEC Rulemaking Developments and Current Regulatory Issues.”
