Berger Rental Communities, a family-owned apartment and housing rental company, recently acquired Silver Spring Apartments, an 80-unit apartment complex in Wilmington, Delaware. Stradley Ronon advised Berger in the acquisition, and also in connection with financing the acquisition and renovation of the property.
