LA Business Journal Names Partners Esther Cho and Melanie Ronen to 2026 Women of Influence: Attorneys

LOS ANGELES — Stradley Ronon partners Esther Cho and Melanie Ronen have been selected for inclusion in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 Women of Influence: Attorneys list for the second consecutive year. Lawyers were selected for recognition based on their exceptional legal skill and achievement, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards and contributions to greater Los Angeles.
As co-chair of the firm’s financial services litigation and enforcement practice, Esther regularly represents financial services firms in state and federal court and before arbitral tribunals in proceedings involving violations of state and federal securities laws and related rules and regulations. She serves as partner-in-charge of the firm’s Southern California office and is a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors.
As chair of the firm’s employment practice, Melanie advises and defends employers across a broad array of industries on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, promotion, discipline, termination, privacy, compensation and other employment-related issues.
