Geena Marzouca

Starting as a summer associate in 2020, Geena Marzouca has developed her practice in a wide variety of areas in the investment management field, including mutual funds, money market funds, exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds. She is also a member of the firm’s Associates Committee and Inclusion Committee.
Geena practices on a team that advises investment management clients on a wide range of legal, regulatory and transactional matters. She has experience drafting and reviewing registration statements, annual reports to shareholders, proxy solicitation materials and other regulatory filings and helps to research various corporate and securities law issues.
While in law school, Geena served as senior staff editor for the American University Law Review and as treasurer of the school’s Women’s Law Association. She was a student honors legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations.
