The transaction involved multiple parcels, a complex condominium ownership structure, and captive utility considerations, requiring coordinated real estate, financing and due diligence efforts to facilitate a successful closing.

OceanFirst is one of the largest regional banks providing financial services throughout New Jersey and in the metropolitan markets of Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore and Boston. The transaction closed July 31.
