Glen Price concentrates his practice on representing investment companies and investment advisers on a wide range of compliance, regulatory and transactional matters.
Glen was a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class. He previously was a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Division of Enforcement, where he drafted action memoranda and assisted investigations. He also interned for the Appeals Bureau for the Kings County, New York, District Attorney’s Office.
Before law school, Glen worked as a senior international tax consultant at a Big Four accounting firm.
