Stradley Ronon's Steven D. Feldman, partner and co-chair, white collar criminal defense, investigations & compliance, will serve as a panelist at the European American Chamber of Commerce New York (EACCNY) program, “Shifting Standards: Bribery and Anti-Corruption Enforcement in a New Era,” on October 22.

In his session, Steve will discuss the shifting landscape of anti-bribery laws following recent developments in U.S. and European enforcement practices, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) executive order from February, related U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) memoranda, and the DOJ’s guidelines released in June. He will also highlight key issues for corporations navigating parallel U.S. and European regulatory frameworks, with a focus on compliance strategies, risk management and cross-border investigations.
