Grace Wydeven concentrates her practice on representing investment companies — including mutual funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds — and investment advisers on a wide range of compliance, regulatory and transactional issues.
Her representation includes the reviewing and drafting of registration statements and other regulatory filings and preparing board materials.
While attending Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, she served as a staff writer for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Grace was a judicial extern for Judge Linda Carpenter of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and an intern for the Insurance Fraud Section of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. She also served as a legal services coordinator for Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Grace was a member of the summer associate class at Stradley Ronon.
