PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Ben McCoy presented at the Health Law Roundtable’s annual Ski & CLE conference on January 24 in Olympic Valley, California. Ben’s presentation, “GLP-1s on Trial: The Emerging Wave of GLP-Related Litigation,” addressed the fast-evolving liability landscape surrounding GLP-1 therapies and related products. In his practice, Ben focuses on representing managed care payors and health benefit plans in litigation against healthcare providers and other entities in the healthcare industry.
