Stradley Ronon Partner Bruce Leto Discusses Board Oversight at IDC Fund Directors Conference

PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Bruce Leto spoke at the Independent Directors Council (IDC) 2025 Fund Directors Conference on October 28 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Stradley Ronon served as a sponsor for the conference, which provided fund directors with practical takeaways and covered top-of-mind issues for investment companies and their boards.
Bruce’s session, “Board Oversight of Product Development and Management,” focused on the role of fund boards in overseeing the design, implementation and ongoing management of investment products, including governance responsibilities, regulatory considerations and practical challenges directors face in discharging their fiduciary duties.
