James H. Jenkins
Chief Financial Officer
Leveraging more than two decades of experience in financial leadership, Jim Jenkins drives all aspects of the firm’s financial management, including billing, collections, cash management, financial analysis, budgeting and financial reporting. He is also responsible for maintaining the firm’s banking relationships and managing its finance-related technology.
Jim’s direct business experience across multiple industries provides a unique corporate mindset to running Stradley Ronon’s financial processes. He impacts business growth by providing firm leaders with the insight and actionable information needed to wisely allocate capital across the firm. Jim has led many process improvement initiatives with a specific focus on cost savings and collecting accurate financial and operational information. He developed and continually enhances the firm’s profitability analysis of both clients and timekeepers.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Jim was the chief financial officer of a specialty finance company and also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of a national mortgage and consumer finance lender/servicer. Jim’s experience also includes serving as the controller for a privately owned multistate residential real estate broker. He started his career as a senior accountant in the audit department of PwC’s Philadelphia office.
