Jermaine Veasy is a seasoned operations and government affairs professional where he directs multi-state legislative advocacy campaigns, drafts strategic recommendations, and analyzes policy developments to partner with clients in achieving their business objectives. A 17-year veteran of honorable service to the U.S. Army and Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Jermaine has cultivated relationships with elected officials and industry leaders.
Prior to joining the firm, Jermaine served as director of operations at Hurst Management, where he drove operational excellence and day-to-day case management. His skills include analyzing regulatory and legislative developments, stakeholder engagement, and direct advocacy with government decision-makers, with a particular focus on Pennsylvania legislative affairs.
Earlier roles include serving as the director of operations for Warstone Investigative & Security Service and senior associate at a consulting firm. Bringing over two decades of experience in the political arena, Jermaine began as an intern, then a staff member, for a Pennsylvania state senator as a constituent relations specialist for the Pennsylvania Senate, engaging with community stakeholders and supporting legislative initiatives followed by a plethora of campaign experience.
