PHILADELPHIA — The National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC)’s Law Firm Advisory Committee has appointed Stradley Ronon Chief Growth Officer Jessica Grayson as chair for the 2026-27 term.
The NALSC organization represents the legal search profession with more than 300 member firms. In her role as chair of the Law Firm Advisory Committee, Jessica oversees the committee’s efforts in providing insights, guidance and industry expertise to support NALSC’s strategy, industry positioning, and member engagement and programming. Members of the committee include legal industry professionals and business leaders across the United States with a wealth of experience in law firm recruiting, onboarding and integration.
As chief growth officer at Stradley Ronon, Jessica leads the firm’s strategic growth with a focus on lateral partner and group acquisitions and integration, business development and marketing. With deep industry insight and a proven track record of delivering results, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams to generate top-line growth consistent with the firm’s vision and values.
