PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon Chief Growth Officer Jessica Grayson presented at the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) 2025 Fall Symposium on September 26 in Denver. NALSC, an organization representing the legal search profession, is composed of more than 300 member firms and individuals across the United States and Canada.

In an interactive session, “Best Practices for Interviewing and Acquiring Lateral Talent,” Jessica and Eva Wisnik, founder of Wisnik Career Enterprises Inc., shared practical insights and tools to help implement strategic recruiting processes that lead to desired results.

As chief growth officer, Jessica leads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives with a focus on lateral partner and group acquisitions and integration, business development and marketing. She works closely with firm leadership, department chairs and practice leaders to drive financial growth, enhance market presence, and ensure smooth integration for incoming partners and groups.
