With experience in litigation and dispute resolution matters spanning multiple legal environments, John Solomon represents corporate and institutional clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters.
John assists in matters including contract disputes, mass torts and class actions. He focuses his practice on assisting with the development of case strategy, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions.
John was previously a law clerk in Stradley Ronon’s corporate practice, where he contributed to corporate finance projects and supported the organization and categorization of client investment materials across multiple capital-raising rounds. He previously was a summer law clerk with a civil defense litigation law firm and legal intern with an energy company, both based in Philadelphia.
Prior to law school, John was a motions paralegal for a firm focused on the representation of municipalities, school districts and municipal authorities in the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and municipal fees. In that capacity, John conducted estate research, supported the resolution of matters with delinquent property owners, and drafted and filed motions.
