
Jonathan B. Miller
Senior Counsel
With more than three decades of experience, Jonathan Miller is well versed in advising clients on sophisticated domestic and international matters in the areas of corporate finance and securities regulation and issues related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. He is a member of the firm’s nationally recognized investment management practice.
Jon has worked on a diverse range of financing transactions, including securities offerings for investment funds and advisers, hedge funds and mortgage real estate investment trusts (REITs). He has also represented clients in public and private equity and debt offerings across a broad array of industries, including financial services, energy, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications.
In addition, Jon advises investment advisers and funds with respect to their obligations under the federal securities laws, including assisting advisers with the preparation of Form ADV and Form PF.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Jon was senior counsel in the New York office of a global law firm, where he gained international experience working in the firm’s Tokyo office.
