Kate Pfingsten focuses her practice on corporate law, representing public and private companies in a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and corporate governance issues.

At Fordham University School of Law, Kate was the online content editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. She was also a law clerk at a boutique entertainment law firm in Philadelphia, where she assisted with copyright and trademark infringement matters. Prior to law school, Kate was the founder and owner of a women’s apparel company.

    • Represented TradePMR, a custodial and portfolio management platform for registered investment advisers, in an approximately $300 million acquisition by Robinhood Markets Inc.
    • Represented Clincierge, a clinical trial concierge services provider, in an acquisition by Greenphire, an innovator of software solutions for clinical trials backed by one of the largest software investors in the world.
    Community Impact

    Kate serves on the board of directors of JACK Quartet, a Grammy-nominated string quartet based in New York City operating as a nonprofit organization.
