Kendal Kessler leverages years of prosecutorial experience to effectively represent individuals and public and private companies through every stage of litigation.
A former assistant state’s attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in both the Preliminary Hearing & Grand Jury Unit and Felony Review Unit, Kendal uses his robust knowledge of the court system to provide comprehensive representation through the pretrial and trial process. He serves as a strategic legal partner to his clients through civil and criminal disputes, including risk analysis, pretrial discovery, motions and hearings.
Kendal was also previously an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he handled jury and waiver trials involving misdemeanor and felony charges, with fluency in trial and witness preparation, motions litigation, offer negotiations and investigations.
