Linh Nguyen focuses his practice on representing investment companies, investment advisers and other sponsors in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.
Linh provides counsel on the establishment, operation and governance of various fund structures for traditional and alternative asset classes, including open- and closed-end investment companies, such as mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, money market funds, interval funds, tender offer funds, and collective investment trusts. He works alongside clients to translate regulatory frameworks into practical, business-oriented guidance for asset managers and fund boards.
Additionally, Linh advises clients across the full fund lifecycle, including formation, ongoing operations and compliance. He drafts and reviews key regulatory filings and offering documents, negotiates investment management and transactional agreements. Further, he counsels fund boards on governance and compliance matters. Linh’s experience also includes advising on strategic transactions, in addition to supporting capital markets activity for investment vehicles.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Linh was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of a Vault 10 law firm. He was previously associate general counsel in the New York City office of a global asset manager.
