Drawing on his diverse background in both the public and private sectors, Matt Mierswa serves as strategic legal partner to clients in multifaceted civil and criminal litigation, regulatory inquiries, and risk management.
Matt counsels clients regarding all manner of litigation and pre-litigation matters and mitigating all associated hazards. He also provides guidance on internal policy interpretation and development, regulatory compliance, and contractual risks.
Prior to Stradley Ronon, Matt was an associate general counsel at a large health insurer, an associate at a regional law firm, and an assistant district attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
Matt is a two-day “Jeopardy!” champion.
