LOS ANGELES — Stradley Ronon partner Melanie Ronen, chair of the firm’s employment practice, has been named a nominee by LA Times Studios as part of its annual Inspirational Women Awards in the professional services category. The awards celebrate women redefining leadership across various industries. Winners are set to be announced at an awards dinner on November 13 in Santa Monica, California.
As chair of the firm’s employment practice, Melanie advises and defends employers across a broad array of industries on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, promotion, discipline, termination, privacy, compensation and other employment-related issues. She was recently recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the second consecutive year on the Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys list and was also named to the publication’s 2025 Women of Influence: Attorneys list.
