Stradley Ronon managing partner Michael O’Mara was featured in the Courier-Post in an article on the firm’s representation of the Paulsboro Waterfront Development, an affiliate of Holt Logistics Corp. and the operator of the Paulsboro Marine Terminal, in a lawsuit against tenant EEW-AOS Paulsboro Urban Renewal LLC.

The suit alleges that EEW-AOS should be evicted from the port because it has ended its offshore wind manufacturing operations and is preventing the port from developing the space for other uses.
