PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon counsel Michelle Hong served as program lead and moderator for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Philadelphia program, “Cyber War Game: The Board’s Role in Crisis Preparation and Response,” on November 20 in Philadelphia.
The event provided board directors and corporate executives with a hands-on simulation of a cyber crisis, based on real-world scenarios and current cyberthreat intelligence. Participants engaged with consulting, insurance and legal practitioners to learn how to assess cyber incident response readiness, evaluate governance frameworks, and understand how evolving threats influence corporate oversight and fiduciary responsibilities.
Michelle, who serves on the board of NACD Philadelphia, is well-versed in providing informed, multifaceted counsel in all aspects of estate planning and wealth management. Michelle has an extensive history serving as an independent corporate director, board member and/or trustee for a host of for-profit and nonprofit organizations across the Philadelphia region.
