NEW YORK — Stradley Ronon partner Jamie Gershkow served on the panel, “Regulatory Update: BF Issues ’26,” at the Crane Bond Fund Symposium on March 20 in Boston. The symposium brought together fixed-income professionals — including portfolio managers, analysts, issuers and service providers — for an educational program featuring discussions on market trends, regulatory developments and fund management issues.
Jamie’s panel discussed key regulatory developments affecting bond funds, including the current regulatory environment and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory agenda, tokenization, stablecoin money market funds, exchange-traded fund (ETF) share classes, amendments to Rule 35d-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (Names Rule), and proposed amendments to Form N-PORT.
Jamie counsels investment companies, independent trustees and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and the applicability and interpretation of securities laws. She regularly advises clients on the formation, registration and ongoing compliance of investment companies, including ETFs, money market funds and multi-manager funds.
