Nadine previously was an extern in the Enforcement Division at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), conducting regulatory investigations and compliance assessments in the financial sector. Defended a multinational pharmaceutical company in a multidistrict (MDL) products liability action proceeding in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against failure-to-warn and negligence claims associated with the company’s oral chemotherapy medication.
Coordinated a large-scale discovery effort for products liability pharmaceutical cases spread throughout the state of New Jersey that were then centralized in Bergen County for multicounty litigation (MCL).
Represented insurers in complex arbitration and litigation proceedings stemming from payer-provider reimbursement disputes.
Community Impact
Nadine served as a litigation fellow through Georgetown University Law Center’s DC Affordable Law Firm, representing low-income clients in family law, immigration and probate matters.
