“If you’re like, ‘I can’t get to the gym,’ what do you need to do to get there? You need to get a buddy.”
That's the analogy Director of Knowledge & Innovation Sarah Hirebet used during her August 25 panel at ILTACON 2026, an annual conference hosted by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), to explain why generative AI adoption stalls even when the tools are good. Her point: Firms should have people in dedicated roles helping with that very human need.
Bloomberg Law covered the panel alongside other knowledge, innovation and training leaders on how firms are staffing for AI adoption.
