For Phila. Summer Associates, AI Training Is a 'Hot Topic'

The Legal Intelligencer covered Philadelphia-area law firms welcoming new classes of summer associates. Stradley Ronon partner and co-chair of the firm’s Hiring Committee, Joe Kelleher, spoke with the publication about the firm’s generative AI training as a new component of the summer program.
Working closely with the firm’s knowledge management team, the summer associate training will introduce key concepts and definitions, facilitate meaningful learning through live and small-group activities, and include practical assignments to further develop their skills.
“This is not just an opportunity for our summer associates to learn from us but for us to learn from them too,” Joe said in the article. “It’s a great opportunity to use the summer associate program to incubate our thoughts around how we use AI.”
