PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon Chief Growth Officer Jessica Grayson served as a panelist for the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Northeast Region’s “Next Level: Legal Marketing Leaders on Careers, Change & Credibility” event on October 14. Hosted in Stradley Ronon’s Philadelphia office, the panel featured Jessica and other top law firm marketing leaders from across the region.

The interactive discussion explored how rising legal marketing and business development professionals can stand out in a competitive field, addressing topics such as navigating career growth, AI’s impact on the profession, working effectively with lawyers and firm leadership, and creating meaningful professional-development opportunities.

As chief growth officer, Jessica leads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives with a focus on lateral partner and group acquisitions and integration, business development and marketing. Her cross-functional expertise and keen understanding of the legal marketplace contribute to the firm’s continued success in today’s highly competitive landscape. She serves as chair of the Law Firm Advisory Committee for the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Northeast Region Board.
