Stradley Ronon Partner Christopher Rosenbleeth Elected to NAIOP Board of Directors

PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Christopher Rosenbleeth, chair of the firm’s finance and real estate practice, has been elected to NAIOP Greater Philadelphia’s board of directors. In his role as board member, he will assist with supporting members, strengthening advocacy efforts and advancing initiatives focused on networking, education, mentorship and workforce development through the region.
NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. The organization provides industry networking and education and advocates for effective legislation on behalf of its members.
Chris represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, corporate clients and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. He is a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and chair of the finance and real estate practice.
