PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon partner Matthew Sadofsky participated as a speaker on a Pro Group Philly panel, “Ready for What’s Next: Cap Markets Transactions in a Dynamic Economic Environment.” The event, hosted on October 22 in Stradley Ronon’s Philadelphia office, drew leaders from across the transaction ecosystem to share real-world lessons on transaction readiness and execution.

Matt provided the law firm perspective in a discussion that included TJ Czyzewski, senior vice president, controller, Diamond Baseball Holdings; John Jolley, senior director, capital markets, Workiva; and Carl Newton, vice president and principal, Eliassen Group. Panelists explored how organizations are navigating M&A, IPOs, divestitures, carve-outs and other transformative transactions — and what leaders can do now to prepare for future opportunities.
