PHILADELPHIA — The National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC)’s regional event, “Law Firm Growth Outlook: Where Growth, Talent, and the Market Are Headed,” was hosted by Stradley Ronon on October 15, featuring managing partner Michael O’Mara; David Gialanella, editor-in-chief of Business of Law and The American Lawyer; and Oxford Strategic Legal Advisors CEO Jeff Grossman and President Naz Vahid. Stradley Ronon Chief Growth Officer Jessica Grayson serves as chair of the Law Firm Advisory Committee for NALSC, the national professional organization for the legal search profession.
