PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon is pleased to welcome 10 law students to our Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., offices as part of our annual 10-week summer associate program, which offers students an immersive experience, introducing them to various firm practices and industries, pro bono and community service, and providing an in-depth look at the life of a practicing lawyer. A highlight of the program is the assignment of summer associates to mentors and hosts, who offer both formal and informal guidance and insight into the firm’s culture and associate life. Mentors provide career insight and professional guidance throughout the summer, while hosts help summer associates navigate the day-to-day life at the firm. Additionally, the program includes social events with firm lawyers and the opportunity to visit other offices and collaborate across practices.
