Olivia Herbstritt focuses her practice on advising investment companies and investment advisers regarding compliance, regulatory and transactional issues.
At Temple University Beasley School of Law, Olivia served as staff editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal. She was also a member of Temple’s Federal Judicial Clerkship Clinical Honors Program, in which she served in a judicial internship with U.S. District Senior Judge Cynthia Rufe of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for an academic year.
Olivia was a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate program. She also worked as a paralegal and office manager for a Washington, D.C., law firm.
