As a leader, what do you hope to accomplish or leave as a legacy?
I hope that my legacy is to be recognized as having built a world-class asset management practice that can stand side by side with, if not above, any other asset management practice in the country and potentially the world. I truly believe that with our great legacy in this area and our tremendous client base, we are one of a kind. There is very little that we have not seen, and our fantastic, industry-leading clients keep us on the cutting-edge of every major development that arises. I would like my legacy to be to have solidified us in this position.
I also hope to be remembered for having set in motion the steps to keep this world-class position for generations to come.
