With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Ryan Galvin oversees all aspects of the firm’s recruitment, retention, evaluation and professional development for non-partner lawyers and business professionals across the firm’s nine offices.
In his role as chief talent officer, Ryan applies practical talent-acquisition strategies that build strength across the firm’s practices and business operations. He works closely with firm management to create and implement initiatives geared toward mentoring and professional development and fostering a collaborative culture and equitable work environment.
Under his tenure, Stradley Ronon was recognized by U.S. News & World Report on the publisher’s first-ever Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms list. Ryan is also a frequent speaker on talent acquisition and development, engagement, and workplace culture.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Ryan was the director of talent management for a global law firm with more than 2,000 lawyers and legal professionals. Ryan also led the talent and administrative operations of a Philadelphia-based firm representing the financial services industry.
